Commit to Shift …coming back at a time where we need to make real commitments if we are
going to see real change.
We cannot control the outside world, but we can control our inner world. It begins with us communing with our LIGHT inside and refreshing that LIGHT daily.
We have entered a very crucial time in history where we need to bridge the divide inside ourselves, where we can commune with communities that feels safe, open and allow us to explore the whole of who we are. Our energetic body is quite intelligent and we need to manage this intelligence with care and intuitive insight so we can be highly effective beings going forward. The Commit to Shift daily meditation will teach you how to manage your own energy. We have an opportunity each moment how we will respond, react or participate. We have powerful minds that can manifest our futures, but we need to Commit to ourselves, our vision, show up daily and not lose sight of our divine connections and manifestations.
Please join me, CHRISTA REYNOLDS, as we make deep spiritual commitments to ourselves.
I’ll be on Zoom each morning taking us Inward. You just have to sit & tune in.
There may also be a couple of guest teachers within the month.
Commit to Shift Program will request and include the following:
31 days straight of Meditation each morning from 7:30am to 8am Pacific time!
You’ll commit to releasing anything that is NOT supporting you being your best healthy self.
Some suggestions of things others have given up for the 31 days or longer:
There are great internal strengths that naturally develop when we commit and meet our commitments… our power and our strength improve, we feel more confident, and we begin a heroic relationship with ourselves.
Here are a few suggestions you can add to regime:
These Commitments are Instrumental to our awakening of our inner vision and third eye so we can make very clear decisions going forward. Join the community who is committed to excellence and Spiritual Awakening.
Commit to Shift #1 To include 31 days of meditation from 7:30am to 8am PST and community support towards your deep commitments to you!
Fee: $120 Alumni Fee: $85 - $100
Commit to Shift #2
31 days of meditation each morning from 7:30am to 8am PST, community support and 1:1 half hour emotional release or Vedic astrology session. Check out my Counseling page to learn more.
Fee: $315
Commit to Shift #3
For some of us life is full of commitments so maybe you can only join Monday, Weds and Friday or Tuesday/Thursday
You can still make a commitment. Fee: $120

- refined sugar
- alcohol/recreational drugs use for distraction
- red meat or animal meat
- gluten/ carbs if they are challenging you
- negative thinking, negative people, criticism of all kinds
- binge eating (unconscious eating)
- any unnecessary time over 15-minutes of social media per day
- any electronics within 5 feet of the bed during evening hours
- all snacking between meals.
- Committing to only one cup of caffeine a day before the noon hour.
- Or anything else you may be struggling with that you feel is not serving you!
There are great internal strengths that naturally develop when we commit and meet our commitments… our power and our strength improve, we feel more confident, and we begin a heroic relationship with ourselves.
Here are a few suggestions you can add to regime:
- Staying hydrated is very important, 5 glasses of water a day
- Fasting 7pm to 7am each day or twice a week
- Chanting for 7 minutes a day
- Adding one daily health regime that you have needed and have been neglecting.
